Chinese Management Style

Confucianism has been the main typical of Chinese culture, the core of Confucianism includes stressing the ceremony to teach and standardize human nature. Thus, young people should respect our elders and subordinate should obey his superior. As a result, in China,management style tends to post instruction. The instructions from higher level, so lower level just need to execute order.
