China has 5,000 years of history, and it is influenced by
Confucian culture. Therefore, Chinese businessmen also have their own unique
culture. They are valued to “face”, so they are not directly express their
approval or dissatisfaction. “Face as a mix of public perception, social role
and self-esteem than has the potential to either destroy or help build
relationships.” ( Kermeliotis, 2011). This is very different from
the western businessmen who are more direct expression of their ideas.
