There are number of difference of management between China, the West
and the Europe because of their culture. According to Chen & Partington
(2003) researched the difference of building relationship between Chinese and British.
Chinese project managers prefer to work
together with their team members on projects for years, that means they stay at
their established team and their team members also enjoy this mode. At the same
time, they know each other include their families and hobbits. However, the UK
project managers do not appear to concern their team members before, and those
most of members are new to them. They prefer to understand the new staffs through
new projects. Meanwhile, they realize that respect and trust are the most import
for their team and make them being good partners.
