Different opinion about customers between French and Japanese

Hello, everyone.
I would like to talk about difference of thinking about customers between French and Japanese.


     In case of French, they think that a service person and a customer are stand on an equal position because they believe that a service is a consideration of price(Miller, 2013). However, typical Japanese business person think that customer is the god. Because customer use their service and pay money. Also many Japanese customers think that same as that.
