Some information about titles

After reading the part of book, I find something I ignored before. It is the form of titles.
1. If it is the article or chapter title, capitalize only the first word of the title and of the subtitle. Do not italicize the title or place quotation marks around it.
e.g., Why people want chocolate on Valentine's Day?
2. If it is the periodical title, give the periodical title in full, in uppercase and lowercase letters. Italicize the name of the periodical.
e.g., National Geographic
3. If it is the book or report title, you should capitalize only the first word of the title and the subtitle. And italicize the title.
e.g., Gone with the wind
